Simply…a change

A refashioning of one’s heart,

A remodeling of one’s mind,

An inexpressible transition from one life to another

Like facing north, but walking south

Like wanting one, but choosing another

Like requesting this, but receiving that

A Creator who’s life invited change.

The movement from paradise to sacrifice,

The giving…not the taking,

The invitation…not the rejection,

The perfect one…not one blemish

A Sinner who’s life encountered change.

The movement from anguish to elation,

The receiving…perfectly ordained,

The welcoming…with open arms,

The saving…absolutely undeserved,

The vision…to truly see,

The heart…storing a treasure,

The changes…unending
