Slowness to anger makes for deep understanding; a quick-tempered person stockpiles stupidity.
(Proverbs 14:29)
This boy reminds me of this verse often. He is slow to anger and abundant in patience. I pray these traits will remain as he grows. These days have felt like trench days. Dug in deep, nowhere to go. Surviving, but not thriving. I know these crazies of ours will grow up and the trenches will still be present, just different. So today, I am just thankful. Thankful for an outrageously patient six month old, who gives me more grace and more grace and more grace...
Love you, Orson Birch!
