Day Two of Thirty-One.

This morning my big girl handed me a necklace after picking out my "striped dress."  I put it on and she quickly exclaimed, "Mom, you look so beautiful!"  Granted, it was a plastic play necklace that had seen one too many lasso swings.  When you are thirty-seven weeks pregnant, though, you don't always feel quite so beautiful, but today... I did.  Throughout the day, I have often thought back to that moment this morning.  Five words made my day.  I am rarely at a loss for words, but are my words life giving?  I was reminded of the words, "Only speak words that make souls stronger."  I first read those words here and wrote about them here.  Thankful for the reiteration today of Proverbs 31:26 and lived out by my gorgeous girl. 

"When she speaks she has something worthwhile to say, and she always says it kindly."
