Day Ten of Thirty-One.

Patience.  These girls reminded me today that the Lord has brought my embarrassingly impatient self so far.  Lack of naps and and a quadruple dose of whine detoured my fun Friday night pizza and cookie making plans.  Instead, we made eggs and fruit smoothies.  I gave in and let them help.

One egg was cracked over the remaining dozen and a certain weary momma's cell phone.  Then in total blender excitement, a gigantic glass of water was knocked over the pan of eggs, all over the floor, and said momma's socks.  Patience.  Patience.

Thankful today for patience amidst the chaos and the grace to request so much more.
