Day Fifteen of Thirty-One.

This past spring, Ona loved the color, blue.  Currently, she is on a pink kick, but last spring, blue was her jam.  It wasn't surprising that she picked out blue ornamental corn to grow this year in the garden.  I thought it was a little weird, really.  We harvested our corn last week and a certain little lady was just a smidge excited.

Blue corn can now be found throughout the house and is kind of fall pretty.  It catches my eye every once in awhile and I think about my big girl and her passion for all that she does.  I feel like this is a lesson that she reminds me of daily and yet, it is so welcomed.
