We are so excited for a handsome little man to join the family! He is slated to arrive on his daddy's birthday. Cue the collective
awwwwww! Our children have a knack for arriving on some of our favorite people's birthdays--Corrie, Lindsey, Great-Grandma--so there are definite odds that he'll make his arrival just as planned. Our girls are still pondering the idea. I mean, Ila seems ecstatic (she is one, everything makes her ecstatic). Ona is warming up to the idea. The whole baby brother in mommy's belly is throwing her for a loop. That is a really weird thing to comprehend as a two year old. The girls had a blast finger painting our silly announcement.
Then they got a little spunky and a war broke out. Ila took the brunt of the force.
