Ila is Twenty-Nine Weeks.

This girl is becoming outright hilarious.  She loves to talk and happily sing song screech much of the day.  She watches her sister's every move.  Laughs when she cries, giggles when she's frustrated.  Typical sister sort of stuff.  Is it just me or can you see it in her left eye too?

She has this mischievous and mystery look whenever she isn't slapstick giggling.

Of course she has her melodramatic, almost seven month meltdowns, but this girl is certainly a crazy chill and funny sort.
