Ila is Seventeen Weeks.

Ila is one smile laden little girl.  Have I mentioned, though, that she is also a Chatty Cathy?  You get this girl going and she'll talk your ear off.  This picture epitomizes her high pitched squealing speaking face.

 Much like last week, she apparently got an extra dose of ham.
