The Sketchbook Project.

Eeek... I officially signed up for The Sketchbook Project 2013.  I am really excited/nervous/anxious to begin/petrified of the outcome.  Basically one big ball of emotions about it all.  Really, I am just excited to do something that pushes me to do something different.  Way back in 2008 I participated in an altered book art contest at my college's library.  It was something I had never done and loved it so much.  I have it tucked in a trunk in our "piano" room and sometimes take it out, just to pet it look at it again.  Life has sure changed since then and I find it a smidge sad that it has been over four years since doing something like it again.  Alas, me + book will meet again.  My friend, Leigh, participated in 2012 and it sounded like so much fun.  You have to check out her sketchbook from last year.  I am not sure what direction this will take me, so right now my sketchbook finds itself in the "undecided" category.  Still not sure what this whole sketchbook thing is about?  Here is a silly, little video I snagged from the organizer's website.
