I have been pining after living wreaths for a number of years now. This year I tried my hand at making one. I read a handful of tutorials like HGTV's. It didn't turn out quite as how I planned, but after a few of my plantings went down under, I skipped on over to Hobby Lobby and picked up a metal welcome sign and spray painted it white.
It took about an hour to make and about two weeks of letting the roots establish. I think next year I will overflow it with flowers, but I think it wound up kinda cute.

That turned out so cute! I love it. I have never seen one like that...so many ideas for ribbon and felt wreathes, but I like the living one :o)
