He is a Machine.

Last weekend we headed to the lovely Galena, IL area.  Usually you'll find us strolling the quaint main street filled with all kinds of shops and restaurants.  We actually celebrated our one year wedding anniversary there and had killer massages at a little place called A Clover on Main.  On a random aside, our masseuse(s)? were named Jerry and Heather, oddly similar to Kerry and Heather.  Freaked us out a bit too.  Anyways, this time we weren't shopping, Kerry actually raced in the Galena Duathalon for the third year in a row.  He improved his overall time by just over two minutes.

Ona and I were cheerleaders minus the pom poms, plus a ridiculous amount of cheerios ... seriously a godsend for a busy baby. 

So proud of this man for so many reasons...

...running 6+miles and biking 17+miles being just one of them.
