Five months, someday pinch me.

Today our little girl turned five months old, FIVE MONTHS OLD.  Seriously, where has the time gone?  I mean, it was like two seconds ago that we were pacing the floor and hitting up every store in town just to pass the time until she arrived.  Well, I mean we know where some of the time went (can't wait to show you some new things we've been up to), but wherever the rest went one thing is for sure... we're sure thankful for this girl.Kerry and I are still on Christmas vacation, so we spent the day all together and went hiking at our favorite spot in the area.  It is January 5, 2012 and we went hiking.  Maybe that's why time is passing so quickly?  It is like perpetually fall around these parts.  I mean the grass is still green.  I digress.  Hiking was super fun.  And I was stoked to carry Ona around in the hiking backpack now that she is a little older.  When I first tried it out at about two weeks, she had to be forward facing.  Forward facing two week old + her mom aka food = a hot, rooting mess.  Moms, you know what I mean.On the way home, we stopped to pick up some burgers to grill out.  It was like a summer January dream.
