poop, lotso poop.

Ten Tons, to be exact.  Yes, over 22,000 pounds of manure was spread over the vineyard yesterday afternoon. ::Makes me kinda wonder how many pounds we'll be dealing with in five months?:: This poop has approximately sixty-nine days to work itself into the soil, for on that day 600 vines will arrive and demand to be planted [see where we talked about the vineyard site here].  It's been a rather ridiculously long winter, but I have this inkling that the next sixty-nine days will fly by!  More updates to come!

In the meantime, I had an urge to search for poop synonyms [there should be some sort of witty aside here, but everything I thought of was pretty crappy].  I leave you with dirt, doo-doo, dung, excrement, excreta, feces, ordure, poop, scat, slops, soil, waste.
