Halfway through class last night we were sent out with outrageously small items to practice macro techniques. Given the fact that there was an old school vw van in the parking lot, I found it most appropriate to photograph my vw mini travel mint tin on the bumper.
Sitting on the ground beneath the bumper, I was startled when I heard the driver door open and the engine starting up. I popped right up, ducked beneath the windows, and nonchalantly made my way back towards my class.
Note to self, when photographing vw tins on vw van bumpers, make sure it's not during passing periods.
